It is a highly insensitive post. Will you dare to post a similar post if Muslims are killed in a similar blast? If you dare, condemn this murderous most inhuman killings otherwise keep quiet atleast. Do you have guts atleast to openly condemn the terrorrists? This is not time for comedy. Look at the photos of the victims. Kashmir, Godhra, Parliament, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Akshardham, Kaasi, where is the end? Instead of raising voices against jihadi forces, you guys are having fun at the perils of innocents. What to say?

There is nothing insensitive about this post - it presents the standard talking points and ridicules them. The message that it conveys is (to me) similar to the one that you are writing - another such incident happens and another series of stupid pronouncements will be made and life will go on without any real change happening. Formal condemnations are trite, and are no different from the first in the list of Bala's caricatures.
